Hi, I’m Louis Senior. I’m a retired Chartered Accountant, and I first experienced chiropractic when I was going lame in one leg. A consultant suggested an exploratory knee operation, but on the advice of an elderly relative I sought a second opinion from a chiropractor — who diagnosed a trapped nerve in the hip. Once that was corrected, the leg returned to normal.
Some years later I sent my son and daughter to the same chiropractor following a road traffic accident — and that’s how my son Louis (now Dr Louis Westerbeek) first encountered the profession he would go on to make his career.
These days I support the clinic’s administration and accounting side, and I remain very much part of the Back in Action family.
